Maharishi Shiksha Sansthan administers nearly 200 Maharishi Vidya Mandir Public Schools in the states of Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Orissa, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu and Uttar Pradesh. These schools are being raised to 10+2 level and are/are being affiliated with the CBSE. About 75,000 students are enrolled in MVM Schools. To meet our ongoing requirement under the expansion programme, applications are invited for the posts of:

  1. Regional Director (Personnel):

    2. P.G. Degree/Diploma in HRD/Personnel Management with 10 years experience in the HRM or P.G. Degree in any discipline with 15 years experience in HRM. Salary Negotiable.

  2. Regional Director (Construction):

    3. Graduate in Civil Engineering with 15 years experience in the field of construction. Salary Negotiable.

  3. Regional Director (Education):

    4. Ph.D./P.G. Degree in Education with 15 years experience in the field of school education with minimum 10 years experience as Principal in a reputed Public School. Salary Negotiable.

  4. Regional Director (Finance):

    5. C.A./P.G. Degree/Diploma in Finance with 10 years experience in finance or P.G. Diploma in Finance with 10 years experience or P.G. in any discipline with 15 years of experience in the field of finance. Salary Negotiable.

  5. Civil Engineer:

    6. The candidate should be a first class Civil Engineering graduate with 3 years experience. Diploma holders with 5 years experience can apply.
    Pay Scale: 2400-75-3000-EB-100-4000

  6. Principal:

    7. Post Graduate in Economics, Science, Maths, Commerce, or English as main subject with B.Ed. and minimum six years experience as principal in a recognised school.
    Pay Scale: Principal-(10+2): 3000-100-3500-125-4500
    Principal-HS: 2000-60-2300-75-2375-EB-75-2825-EB-75-3200-EB-100-3500

  7. Administrative Officer:

    8. Master in Business Administration with specialisation in Personnel, Finance, or Marketing with minimum 3 years experience in relevant field.
    Pay Scale: 2000-60-2300-EB-75-3200-100-EB-3500-125-EB-4000-125-EB-4500-150-EB-5000-150-5300

  8. Post Graduate Teacher:

    9. Post Graduate in Economics, Geography, Botany, Chemistry, Physics, Zoology, Maths, Commerce, History, Hindi, Sanskrit, or English as main subject with B.Ed. and minimum three years experience in a recognised school.
    Pay Scale: 1640-60-2000-EB-60-2600-75-2750-EB-75-2900

  9. Computer Teacher:

    10. Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications from any recognised institution with minimum 3 years teaching experience in any recognised school.
    Pay Scale: 1640-60-2000-EB-60-2600-75-2750-EB-75-2900

  10. Trained Graduate Teacher:

    11. Graduate/Post Graduate in Economics, Science, Maths, History, Geography, Sanskrit, Hindi, or English as main subject with B.Ed. and minimum two years experience in a recognised school.
    Pay Scale: 1400-40-1600-50-1650-EB-50-2250-EB-50-2300-60-2600

  11. Primary Teacher:

    12. Graduate with B.Ed. preferably with two years experience.
    Pay Scale: 1200-30-11560-EB-40-2040

  12. Nursery Trained Teacher:

    13. Graduate with Nursery Training Certificate.
    Pay Scale: 1200-30-1380-EB-1800

  13. Librarian:

    14. Graduate with Degree in Library Science, preferably with two years experience.
    Pay Scale: 1400-40-1600-50-1650-EB-50-2250-EB-50-2300-60-2600

  14. Physical Training Instructor:

    15. Graduate with Degree in Physical Education preferably with two years experience.
    Pay Scale: 1400-40-1600-50-1650-EB-50-2250-EB-50-2300-60-2600

  15. Stenographer (Hindi/English):

    16. Graduate with Diploma in Stenography (Type & Shorthand) with minimum two years of experience.
    Pay Scale: 1200-30-11560-EB-40-2040

  16. Accounts Clerk:

    17. B.Com. with minimum two years experience and capable of handling accounts independently with knowledge of typing and accounting packages.
    Pay Scale: 1200-30-11560-EB-40-2040

    DA as admissible in Maharishi Shiksha Sansthan for all posts.
    Age Limit:     For posts 1 to 6 below 50 years, and for 7 to 14 below 40 years.

These positions are transferable throughout the country. Candidates who are willing to serve anywhere in India as per the requirement of the organisation only need apply.
