Importance of Mother Tongue
It is desirable
for the custodians of education in every country to teach Maharishi's
Vedic Science and Technology in the mother tongue of their students,
because mother tongue has its basis in the Natural Law of the
land, which structures the culture and language of the land.
Mother tongue is
the Language of Nature, which is intimately related to the individual
because it is structured and upheld by local Laws of Nature,
which structure the physiology of the individual. Vedic Language
is the Language of Nature, which is structured and upheld by
the universal Laws of Nature, which are the common basis of all
the physiological structures in the universe.
This means that
there is a direct relationship of the whole with the part --
between the mother tongue and the Vedic Language. This means
that mother tongue is the closest to the Vedic Language.
The wise, revered
retired people will rejoice in translating the courses of Maharishi
Vedic University into their own local language (mother tongue
of the student), and if the local language is only a spoken language,
it will be interesting for the translators to take the script
from the Sanskrit language and make the spoken language a properly
written language. This will preserve their basic culture, which
requires support for survival due to the influence of all kinds
of foreign cultures.
To provide the
complete knowledge of Natural Law in all the local languages
of the world will be the fulfilment of Maharishi Vedic University,
so that every child born on earth grows in full enlightenment
and bliss.
