Scientific Validation of Transcendental Meditation Over 25 years of use in education, more than 600 scientific research studies performed at 210 universities and institutions in 32 countries, and the personal experience of over 5 million people world-wide demonstrate that the Transcendental Meditation programme greatly benefits mind, body, and behaviour.
